Responsibilities of the successful Quantity Surveyor: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality expertise on world-class projects. Collaborating with a talented team of colleagues, clients, and stakeholders, you will make a real impact while mentoring others and progressing in your career. Provide cost planning and estimation throughout the project lifecycle. Produce estimates and conduct budget reviews across various sectors. Collect and analyse data to define client and stakeholder needs. Create Analysis and Benchmarking Reports to promote value for money. Champion innovation both within our organisation and on the client side. Lead and support the development of tools that integrate data and dashboards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. What you bring as a Quantity Surveyor: Experience in commercial roles, ideally in large capital programmes. Familiarity with the UK's complex infrastructure sector (preferred). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities. A commercial focus, helping shape investment decisions that provide value for money.
