Project Manager / Business Analyst – Investment Management / Real Estate
6 Month Contract
Our client is an Investment Management company based in Central London. They are setting up a new investment company to hold their real estate assets and require a Project Manager / Business Analyst to work directly for the COO.
The role will involve a broad range of tasks with a focus on core project management - plan creation and monitoring; risk/issue/dependency management; project governance.
The successful candidate should have the following skills and experience: Experience in setting up investment entities with a full suite of operating capabilities. Able to identify gaps/ needs and proactively work through to resolve them. For example, identifying what functions are required and the optimal way to resource these (FTE, outsourced, etc). Engage with outsourced vendors for core functions including Finance and Tech. Experience with implementing function specific policies and standards. Experience in defining core operating models. Ability to define and map core processes such as capital calls and flow of funds would be advantageous. Property investment / Real Estate experience would be advantageous but not essential.
