Highways Engineer

Your main responsibilities are will be; Deliver designs within the budget Manage resource allocations to ensure team members are fully utilised Work with the SMT to assist with projects from other offices and disciplines; Ensuring that the requirements of all authorities and bodies are incorporated into designs Authorising design information and reports Ensuring that all designs are prepared in accordance with MCHW, DMRB guidanceTo be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following; Knowledge of Section 278 and Section 38 highway design projects Experience with developing, mentoring and supervision of Highway Design staff Robust working knowledge of highways Technical documents within the DMRB Manage the development of contract documents in accordance with relevant Highway contracts Experience in highway drainage design and use of MicroDrainage software Working knowledge of the Civils 3D CAD package.If you think your skills and experience match the above then apply today with your up to date CV or alternatively for a quick response call (phone number removed) and speak to Simon to discuss this role in further detail.
