One of the regions fastest growing Property Consultancies is actively recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to be based out of their Birmingham office.THE COMPANY:The client is an independent, privately owned Consultancy with a great reputation in the market. They deliver a range projects within the Private and Public sector: Hotels, Leisure, Education, Residential, Commercial and Industrial. Values currently range from £500k to £50 million so a fantastic range and size of projects.THE POSITION:They are actively looking to recruit an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to work alongside a team of experienced Chartered professionals and get involved in a range of projects from inception to completion.
