Head Of Engineering

We are currently recruiting for a Head of Engineering to join a substantially sized manufacturing site based in North Yorkshire.

Responsible for heading up both the day to day as well as the long term strategic agenda for Engineering you will work closely across all areas of the business, collaborating with functional leaders to ensure the best results for the site.

Whilst the engineering function is established there is opportunity to become more planned in its approach, a large part of the role will be changing the culture and implementing a more forward thinking mentality to drive change.

You must have experience of heading up a large engineering function within an FMCG environment, ideally food. You will be a strong leader who has the ability to liaise at all levels of stakeholder and engage with both suppliers and customers through visits and meetings.
