Our client is looking for a Graduate Credit Control candidate to join their Accountancy team in Guildford Client Details Our client, a well known & growing business based in Guildford is looking for a Graduate Credit Control candidate to join their Accountancy team Description Graduate Credit Control - Guildford Ensuring clients pay on time while also delivering first class customer service and building excellent relations with all clients, therefore maximising cash collection and reducing aged debt Ownership of predefined ledger split Updating the AR ledger with payments received and issuing updated account statements Regular review of AR ledgers Ensure all receipts have been posted and allocated Ongoing investigation into why old invoices are not paid / credit notes not cleared Reconciliation of accounts and consolidated invoices Inbox management - actioning and filing all inbound emails Accurate note keeping of communications regarding debtor invoices Assist with month end closing for the AR ledger Corresponding and responding to enquiries received from external and internal stakeholders within specified time frames Completing relevant vendor set-up forms Ensuring withholding tax certificates are received on timeProfile A successful candidate will be keen on a career in Credit Control/Finance Job Offer Salary £26,000 - £30,000 Excellent benefits
