They require a store manager who is passionate about the brand and will develop a warm, engaging environment and successful sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage loyal customers to the brand
Develop a CRM
Understand and deliver the brands core values
Drive sales
Identifying and implement out of box opportunities to exceed customer expectations
inspiring leadership to your team
Consistently deliver KPI’s and exceed business goals.
Build strong relationships with sister stores and HQ
Ensure all VM directives from HQ are implemented and the shop floor always reflects the brand and concept standards.
Reflect the brand ethos and develop this innovative flagship store to exceed all expectations.
