A new opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator whose job it will be to support the Area Sales Manager and provide a first-class experience for a portfolio of customers.

Sales Administrator Responsibilities:
* Aid the Area Sales Manager and wider sales team by taking ownership of all sales administration duties
* Act as a point of contact for customers, handling queries in a professional manner and resolving issues as and when they arise
* Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer data and sales activity
* Generate quotations and process incoming sales orders, ensuring products meet customer requirements
* Frequently keep in touch with regular customers to continue building rapport and trust
* Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell and ensure customers are aware of current promotions
Sales Administrator Skills and Experience:
* Strong administrator, with experience gained in a sales-driven environment
* Has an understanding of the entire sales process
* Possesses a keen eye for detail, able to work with a high degree of accuracy
* Professional in your approach, always willing to offer support across the entire Sales function and has a positive, can-do attitude
* Thrives working within a collaborative team environment and enjoys working independently and using initiative
* IT literate with knowledge of MS packages and CRM databases
* Demonstrates excellent communication skills, verbally and written
