Senior Baker

Our client based in Hungerford is looking for an experienced Senior Baker to work alongside their Bakery team! This is a full-time, permanent role for the right candidate. You will be responsible for the departmental production, including the smooth operation of production and packaging equipment. Pay: * £30,000 - £35,000 Shift: * 14:00pm to 22:00pm Responsibilities include (not limited to): * Support Bakery production planning, production reports and stock takes * Supervising production operatives * Deputise for staff if required * Raw material stock control * Weighing up, preparing equipment & organising production * Liaising with Managers to help implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures. * Help with the implementation of projects and training Beneficial Qualifications: * HACCP Training - preferable * Health and Safety - preferable * Food hygiene level 2 - preferable * Fork Lift Qualification - beneficial * Ability to lead teams - essential Requirements: * Good Communication Skills * Team Player/Leader * Numerical and Computer skills * Experience working in a management or senior role If you are interested in this position, please apply today with the chance to start immediately or contact our Newbury branch on (phone number removed) for further information
