Reporting to an Engineering Manager, you will have direct responsibility for leading, empowering and motivating a growing team of Electrical Engineers involved in semiconductor equipment manufacture. Experience & Skills RequiredDegree: Bachelors (essential), Masters (desirable), or demonstrable equivalent in Electrical Engineering.Chartered Engineer or working towards (desirable)Significant level of experience of the practical application of best-practice product design, development and electrical engineering in a relatable engineering industry (essential).Experience of leading and directing electrical engineers and teams of c.10 or more people in a project-based environment (essential)An understanding of dependability management and relevant industry standards (desirable).Influencing and negotiation skills at multiple organisational levels (essential)Able to take ownership and control of a situation and bring people with them even though they may not be direct reports (essential)Fore more information please contact Liam Fahey on 0161 694 9207/[email protected]
