In this pivotal role, you will: * Leverage your experience selling into the NHS to spearhead business development strategies focused on diagnostic services. * Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key NHS stakeholders, including Optometrists, GPs, Local Optical Committees, and Local Medical Committees. * Lead a high-performing, field-based team, providing them with the guidance and support to drive NHS referrals and grow our brand presence across England. * Collaborate with senior leadership to analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and ensure our strategies align with NHS needs and expectations. Your proven experience in selling into the NHS is essential, as you will play a crucial role in expanding our partnerships and driving our revenue growth through effective stakeholder management.
