Head of Contracts / National Contracts Manager

Location: Ideally based in the South of England

Salary: Up to £70,000 + Bonus of up to £20,000 + Hybrid BMW + Additional Benefits


We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Contracts / National Contracts Manager to join a leading KBB brand with a UK annual turnover of £8m. They have some exciting growth plans for 2025, hence we have this opportunity to develop the contract arm of the business. This role offers incredible potential for growth and development, with the opportunity to progress into a Sales Director role overseeing retail functions as well.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales through the acquisition and management of projects with housebuilders, developers, and main contractors.
  • Manage a client base of 50 live accounts, with the top 20 generating between £25,000 - £450,000 each annually. The current client base represents around £1.9m in revenue.
  • Identify, develop, and implement sales strategies to secure new contracts while renewing and managing existing ones with contract kitchen furniture manufacturers/suppliers and other key stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including regular meetings and presentations to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and conditions to ensure mutual satisfaction, while working towards or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies with overall company goals and provide valuable feedback on market trends.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
  • Develop and execute business development plans to expand the company's contract portfolio, specifically within the regional and national housebuilder market.


Requirements

  • Essential: Proven experience in dealing with housebuilders, developers, and main contractors.
  • Desirable: Experience in the KBB industry within kitchen, bathroom, brassware, or appliances. However, product expertise can be taught for candidates.
  • Structured, self-motivated, and results-driven with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ideally based in the South of England for ease of access to the London showroom and client base.


This is a National role with great potential to make a significant impact, offering a competitive base salary of up to £70,000, a bonus scheme of up to £20,000, a Hybrid BMW, and additional benefits to be discussed.
