Benefits: Salary up to £26,000 Pension Scheme Health cash plan for workplace wellbeing Employee referral bonus Up to 33 days' annual leave Christmas ShutdownDuties and Responsibilities: Manage client files, ensuring that all relevant documents are filed correctly Assist with the preparation of legal documents Provide general administrative support to the team, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents Liaising with clients either face to face or over the telephone Paperwork including daily filing, opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to gather information and provide updates on the progress of cases Schedule appointments and manage diaries for the conveyancing teamSkills experience: Fast, accurate typing skills Excellent spelling and grammar Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate work under pressure Excellent communication skills Previous experience working as a legal secretary in a conveyancing team Proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and OutlookApply Now
