A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, graduate calibre individual to join as HR Talent and Resourcing Executive. You will be part of a successful, well-established and market-leading business. As part of their continued growth, the appointment of the HR Talent and Resourcing Executive, at the Chorley site, is critical in supporting the HR team in the next phased growth and direction of the company. The role is very fast paced and a great opportunity to provide essential support to the HRBP and wider HR and management teams in reference to recruitment needs and 1st line HR queries. Working closely with the HRBP, General Managers and senior leadership teams, you will ensure the day-to-day management and support is available to employees on-site. Seeking guidance from the HRBP or specialists as required to ensure the business operates in a safe, fair and consistent working manner. Due to the nature of the role, there is an element of travel required to cover the company's northern sites, (pool car provided). You will engage with key stakeholders and develop relationships with the senior leadership teams to understand their requirements. Flexibility to travel and a driving licence is therefore needed. You will be keen to throw yourself into this role and provide support, where required, on a number of HR project related tasks. As an individual, you will be pro-active, resilient and self-motivated with a positive way of thinking, highly personable, diplomatic, professional and possess exceptional communication skills. A very pragmatic, hands-on approach will be required. Level 3 CIPD is an advantage, and preference will be given to candidates that are degree educated. Additional duties will be to screen and recommend to management, candidates for short listing, understand blue-collar and white-collar recruitment trends and be creative in looking at ways to attract talent. There will also be an element of coaching recruiting managers on effective induction and the on-boarding process.
