Commis Chef, B&I, City of London 26,500 Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting for a passionate and creative Commis Chef to join the team at our client's site based in the City of London.

This prestigious site has a busy staff dining restaurant producing breakfast and lunch. All food is freshly prepared using seasonal ingredients and presentation is essential.

As the Commis Chef, you will
work alongside the other chefs assisting with the food production and supporting the running of the kitchen
be able to produce good food using fresh ingredients
be willing to learn and develop

Working hours will be Monday to Friday (mainly daytime) approx. 40 hours per week.

Our ideal candidate would
be at Commis Chef level with some background with high end catering
have worked within corporate catering or a similar environment
be a strong team player
attentive and keen to learn and develop
be naturally passionate about food and ingredients as well as up to date with trends and concepts
have an excellent eye for detail and presentation with flair and creativity
be flexible and willing with a positive can do attitude
