Senior Parking Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Developing, reviewing, and designing parking-related schemes, including controlled parking zones (CPZ) and disabled parking provisions Overseeing the consultation process and engaging with public feedback Delivering electric vehicle charging points and cycle hangars Managing the provision of dockless cycle parking solutions Supporting procurement and contract management for relevant works Collaborating with a team to ensure successful implementation of parking projects Promoting alternative transport measures to encourage cycling and sustainable travel Keeping up to date with policies and regulations relating to parking and transportJob Requirements: Experience in the successful delivery of highways or transport schemes Proficiency in the application of various public consultation techniques Understanding of controlled parking zones (CPZ) and related infrastructure Knowledge of cycle parking solutions and electric vehicle charging points Strong project management and contract management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities A relevant professional qualification or significant relevant experience
