Insurance Sales Advisor OA are recruiting for an Insurance Sales Advisor to join our client’s highly successful and growing team. The successful candidate will manage and develop the property account, contributing to the department’s financial and service targets. Proven sales experience and an insurance background are essential. Location: Borehamwood Hours: Full-time, 9am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Salary: Up to £32,000 + commission Insurance Sales Advisor - Benefits: Life insurance Learning and qualification opportunities Casual dress code Annual leave purchase scheme Private health care Company pension Insurance Sales Advisor - Key Responsibilities: Maintain and enhance existing client relationships making sure that the premium income contributes to the achievement of your own and the department’s financial targets. Providing quotations and securing new business Securing policy renewals and processing mid-term adjustments Cross-selling other insurance products Managing client and departmental emails Maintaining diary systems You'll also actively seek new client relationships, develop professional ties with insurer partners and third parties, and assist with events and exhibitions. Insurance Sales Advisor - Skills and Experience: Minimum 3 years of insurance experience Cert CII qualification or working towards it is advantageous Proven sales-focused approach with excellent customer service and advice Excellent written and spoken English, with strong math skills Outstanding interpersonal and telephone skills Good organisational skills, adaptable in a fast-paced environment Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise workload, and work within a team Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new systems If you have excellent sales experience in insurance and are interested in this position, please apply online with your CV.
