Commercial Boiler Engineer - FM Service Provider - South East London- up to £50,000 Are you a Commercial Boiler Engineer looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider? An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider working on an Established portfolio in South East London has arisen. GH Engage are currently recruiting a Commercial Boiler Engineer to work in a Large Commercial Building in Southeast London. The ideal candidate would live in commuting distance to Southeast London. The successful candidate will be carrying out maintenance and reactive tasks. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial maintenance. This position would be ideal for a Boiler Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within Combustion systems, HVAC and Building Services. In return the company are offering a salary up to £50,000 with overtime, training + development. This role would also require a clean DBS check. Key Duties & Responsibilities: PPM's and Reactive works Servicing and Repairing Provide further works reports where required Completing all works to a high standard Maintain low-pressure boilers & high pressure boilers Maintenance on Power Boilers, Steam Boilers and Hot water systems Replacing valves, Steam gauges and Filters Required/Desirable Skills: CCN1/OFTEC Gas Safe Level 2/Level 3 Benefits: Overtime available on the site Paid Sickness days after probation Company pension Training provided
