The Role We are working with an innovative UK based Microsoft Gold Partner, who are seeking an experienced D365 F&O Finance Lead to join their growing team and play an important role in their business. As the Finance Lead, you will lead engagements, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive implementation strategies that ensure a successful solution delivery aligned with the client’s financial processes and objectives. The role Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and convert them into effective D365 F&O Finance solutions. Lead and participate in requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and design discussions. Design, configure, and implement Finance modules within D365 F&O, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, etc. Provide expertise in system customization and integration to meet client-specific needs. Deliver training sessions and support to client teams to ensure successful adoption of the solution. Ensuring smooth project delivery by leading troubleshooting and resolve issues during and after implementation Work closely with project managers, developers, and other consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget. Experience Minimum 5 years experience working on end to end D365 F&O projects with UK based Microsoft gold partners Experience managing and leading a team desirable Expert in D365 F&O Finance modules AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, etc. Experience in managing data migration, system integrations, and process optimization
