Production Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious production professional who is ready to step up into a broader production and maintenance management successful candidate will oversee the production processes and maintenance activities at Bulrushs production site, ensuring Safety, Quality and Delivery. This role will entail ensuring efficient and safe production operations, maintaining production equipment and machinery, production process optimisation and providing strong and effective leadership to a team of production and maintenance staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production or maintenance management, with at least two years at management level role, exposure to a continuous improvement manufacturing environment and a track record of building high-performing teams.
