Aquent is recruiting for an experienced Website Executive to join a multinational network of accounting firms forming one of the largest accountancy professional services network in the world by revenue.
The Ideal Candidate: Corporate Fit, experience in support advising people and website building/CMS experience, confidence in communication, building relationships with the firms they work with. Can do attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within the digital team reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager.
- Update the webmaster user guide as and when new feature updates are released
- Support member firms to build/migrate and manage their websites on the Drupal 10 CMS system
- Approve and upload thought leadership copy as and when required
- Assist with ensuring all websites on the platform are up to date at the quality standards that meet brand guidelines and follow digital best practice
- Respond to support emails to the RSM website helpdesk system (currently Zendesk) and ensure an appropriate level of service/troubleshooting is provided to all members either directly or through our developers to address member firm issues and change requests
- Support regional marketeers on domestic digital marketing campaigns where they do not have local capability
- Support the development of future website improvements
- Provide PVT/QA testing support during deployment releases and post go live periods
- Brief requirements into the in-house studio to deliver creative assets for the digital team
- Provide administrative support as needed as an active member of the team.
- Assist in ad-hoc digital marketing projects as needed.
- Respond to online contact form queries and notify the relevant stakeholders when necessary
- Assist with gathering data and analytics for management reporting and measurement of effectiveness of our activity
- Proof and optimise digital copy to ensure pages meet SEO best practice
- Monitor and report on any misuse of the brand on all digital platforms through brand audits
- Provide support with creating new pages/sections on the global intranet when required
- Provide support with various digital platforms
Qualities:
- Strong attention to detail
- Website building and site architecture knowledge
- Experience in website migration
- A technical understanding of website infrastructure would be useful
- Good understanding of SEO practices
- The ability to proof-read and identify errors in copy
- Experienced in using website CMS, ideally Drupal 10
- Multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment
