We are looking for a National Account Manager with proven account manager experience within the FMCG sector, preferably within the Food sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing tailored account plans across the multiple and convenience channels looking to achieve growth within your accounts and new business opportunities. Attractive salary, medical insurance, 10% bonus potential plus £6,500 company car allowance, laptop, phone, up to 10% employer pension contribution. Based in Belfast this is a national role covering all of Ireland. Closing Date 13 October 2024 Key Accountabilities Reporting to the Commercial & Logistics Manager, you will be working within a small team of National Account Managersbringing forward innovative ideas that drive sales. To achieve volume and value growth within allocated National Accounts, youll develop and execute tailored account plans detailing account development activity, specific total category development plans, pricing structure and promotional activity Partner with the wider team to deliver the brand and regional growth strategy Relationship building will be key to your success, so you will need to build and maintain strong partnerships with a portfolio of our customers and with internal stakeholders. The Right Person This would be a great role for you if: You have previous account management experience of working in the FMCG /food industry sector selling to the Multiples and convenience sector customers. High levels of numeracy and analytical skills and preferably with a degree level qualification You can demonstrate working in an extremely organised and well-planned way You are motivated, self-confident, and proactive You can demonstrate how you have identified and suggested improvements to working practices when presented with new information, new situations or shifting priorities and communicated the messages positively Set clear targets and objectives and inspire others to deliver, with a desire to not just meet but exceed targets You can demonstrate your ability to use your initiative to shape strategy to continuously improve & innovate to deliver the best results, leading by example and positively selling the benefits You can demonstrate a passion for Allied Bakeries brands.
