About the Role: We are seeking skilled and motivated Pharmacy Technicians to provide essential pharmaceutical services in a prison setting in Chelmsford. As part of our agency team, you will have the opportunity to work flexible shifts, contributing to the healthcare and wellbeing of inmates. Key Responsibilities: * Accurately dispense medications and maintain patient records. * Assist in the delivery of pharmacy services in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. * Work closely with healthcare staff to ensure proper medication management. * Provide advice on medication usage and ensure prescriptions are filled promptly. * Support the healthcare team in managing stock and maintaining pharmacy inventory. Requirements: * Registered Pharmacy Technician with GPhC (General Pharmaceutical Council). * Previous experience working as a pharmacy technician, ideally in a secure or prison environment (not essential but desirable). * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team. * Flexibility and adaptability to work agency shifts as required.
