Real Estate Paralegal

Elevate Flexible Resourcing is looking for a Real Estate Paralegal for a 3-to-6-month interim contract, starting in two weeks, to support a prestigious law firm.This role is perfect for a real estate paralegal with at least 12 months of experience, ideally within a full-service commercial law firm.Duties will include providing a wide range of services to the Real Estate team including but not exclusively:Carrying out title due diligence and preparing reports on title;Drafting various estate management documents including , leases, licences, surrenders and deeds of variation;Negotiating and completing code compliant Telecoms leases and renewal leases;Managing completion and post-completion registrations, forms, filing and client signing / reporting requirementsAssisting with file opening procedures including preparing the first draft of retainer letter and ensuring compliance with money laundering regulations;Managing a busy caseload of transactions and liaising with the client to obtain instructions.Assistance with corporate and real estate finance support and handling enquiries processes and collation of conveyancing searchesWorking as part of a wider team on projects involving multiple sites;Attending internal and external team / progress update calls and meetings;Contributing to internal and external training.ElevateFlex provides an unparalleled platform for you to work with innovative companies and law firms worldwide on various exciting and challenging roles.
