SEN Teaching Assistant

The SEN Teaching Assistant position is ideal for individuals with experience supporting students with SEN in a school environment or those with a background in working with various SEN needs. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting, challenging, and encouraging students with special needs to excel. The ideal candidate for this SEN Teaching Assistant position should: Have relevant qualifications or experience working with SEN children Possess strong behaviour management skills Support the teacher in delivering tailored lessons for SEN students Be compassionate, patient, and adaptable in meeting the diverse needs of students Have a genuine passion for helping children with special needs succeed in their education.
