Role - Sales Administrator
Hours - 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
Starting Salary - 24,000 - 25,000
Location - Nottingham, NG8 / Hybrid role
Contract Type - Permanent
We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join an expanding business based in Nottingham.
As the Sales Administrator you will work closely with the sales team assisting the team with a number of administrative tasks and sales support.
What will you be doing:
- You will support the sales team and customer orders via phone and email
- First point of contact for support, internal and external
- Handle customer queries and provide exceptional customer service
- Support and process customer orders
- Organise customer deliveries
- Data entry/ processing orders/customer records using an inhouse database
- Assisting with invoicing and enquiries
- Diary management
- General administration, supporting the broader team
What we are looking for:
- Sales Administration skills
- Experience working with business customers (preferred)
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Team Player
Our client offer a competitive salary of 24,000 - 25,000 and offer hybrid working, 3 days in office and 2 at home.
Hours are Monday to Friday 9-5.30.
