Role Overview:
In this role, you will be integral in ensuring the success of Janikin Energy’s ambitious projects by building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring that we have the expertise needed to meet client demands. Working closely with internal teams and clients, you will provide strategic support across multiple projects, ensuring smooth processes and optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and supporting project execution
- Work alongside various teams to ensure the right expertise is in place to meet project demands
- Manage the full talent acquisition process, from sourcing candidates to their successful integration into energy sector roles
- Utilise a range of strategies to identify top talent
- Support onboarding efforts to ensure smooth transitions for both clients and candidates
- Help drive the success of Janikin Energy’s team by meeting placement goals and contributing to overall business growth
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a dynamic, client-facing role, ideally within the energy or technical sectors
- Strong understanding of industry trends, particularly in the MENA region
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and internal teams effectively
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with energy industry tools and processes is a plus
