Design Director

A leading global multisite business is now looking to hire a Design Director. This role will see you take ownership for a key business unit and have responsibility for Design, Strategy and Commercial responsibility. Key Responsibilities include: Create fit out design solutions / specifications from a technological, sales, operational and marketing perspective Innovate and design new products to enhance our sites Work with internal team to create digital design guides Adapt design to local legislation, availability, production, customs in compliance with the brand design guidelines and manage relevant country stakeholders Experience / required skills: Qualified architect with experience as a designer Strong commercial background and acumen Proven ability to enhance and elevate existing designs and processes Strong leadership experience Self-starter, bringing a valuable contribution to a small team
