Private Client Support Services Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic Private Client Support Services specialist to join our company. Ultimately, a top-notch client support specialist should be a solution-driven individual who can work well under pressure, able to handle complains in a helpful way and find solutions.Private Client Support Specialist Responsibilities:Responding to customer queries, complaints, and requests via phone or email.Assisting customers with portfolio inquiries and resolving any issues they might experience.Informing customers about their portfolio status and updates.Following up with customers to build long-lasting relationships.Troubleshooting, analysing, and reporting issues to management.Keeping a detailed record of client data, including useful comments and general feedback.Analysing customer feedback and advising management on areas of improvement.Maintaining client accounts and updating information as needed.Client Support Specialist Requirements:A minimum of two years' experience working as a client support specialist, or a similar role.Exceptional telephone communication manner.European languages an advantage.Experience handling client enquiries over the phone - essentialExcellent knowledge of customer relationship management best practices.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong multitasking and organisational skills.Ability to perform well under pressure.Salary: 25K to 28K based on experience.Please send your CV and covering letter to [email protected]
