Senior Quantity Surveyor

Service Care Construction are hiring for a permanent role as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on Hinkley Point C, for a client based in Bristol.

Responsibilities of the role :

• Managing change through CEMAR, ensuring adherence to contractual timescales.
• Ensure timely production of Monthly Applications for Payment in accordance with the conditions of the contract.
• Provide commercial advice to the site team and management on all contractual issues.
• Oversee supply chain management by drafting and issuing NEC3 subcontracts, ensuring clear
