Furthermore, they sit in the top 25 employers in the North west region, which is reflected in their Gold status as Investors in People and We invest in well-being.The Corporate Business Development Manager will be responsible for prospecting, winning, implementing and developing new business customers aligned with the product offerings in the company portfolio. Your main focus will be on account managing customer contracts to achieve optimum participation levels through a consultative, analytical and technically robust customer experience.The salary on offer for this position is circa £48k - £50k basic with OTE earnings of £65k - £70k. On top of the salary and bonus package you will also have access to the Employee Car Ownership Scheme which entitles you to a wide range of cars at cost or your choice of a more expensive car with significantly reduced monthly contributions.Key Accountabilitys:Plan and carry out customer prospecting and engagement strategies across multiple corporate sectors using various methods of engagement (face-to-face, Teams, email, etc.) with clear direction and purpose on harmonising customer needs with the offerings of the companyBe capable, credible, and consultative in the delivery of quality presentations to a vast array of customer profiles evidencing a clear understanding of their business needs and complimenting the company scheme solutions.Prepare and execute high-level review documentation and analysis to guide the customer through the findings, recommendations, and rationale proposed for their optimum solutionsBe responsible for recording all activities in CRM including, but not limited to, the output of activity reports, pipeline leads and opportunities, conversion rates, and time lines for delivery. Provide regular reports on this as required by Senior Management.Build professional and sustainable relationships at every relevant level within the corporate customer structure to ensure every contact is a supporter and promoter of CBS.Skills and Experience Required:Previous experience in a field-based business development roleProven track record in new business B2B experienceAbility to understand, articulate, document, and deliver against customer and commercial needsStrong and effective analytical, verbal, and written communication skills at all levelsExperience within the Automotive or Finance industry would also be a distinct advantageInterested??
