Attention: looking for a nanny for 3 children

Hi, I am searching for a nurturing nanny to help care for my 3 children, the older two are self sufficient, need some reminders (wash up, sit at the table, engage with humans). But the 4 year old I would like someone who is dependable and lives near Oswestry SY11. I am really excited to find the right match for my youngest in particular. The schedule involves before and after school care, starting at 7:30 am for drop off, with additional hours available for light household duties if interested. The nanny will need to pick the youngest up from school until 6:30 pm. The older two walk too and from school, There may be the occasional extra hours as agreed upon and school holiday schedule to be coordinated.
