Design Manager - Hammersmith

A Design Manager is required to oversee design packages on a project for a large tier 1 main contractor. The schemes are valued at up to a maximum of 80m. The successful candidate will have experience of working on new build / refurbishment projects with at least two references to support this.

Reporting directly to a Senior Design Manager any potential candidates are welcomed from either a construction, engineering or architectural background. This is a head office based role with occasional site visits also required.

Applicants must have experience of working on projects of at least 80m with leading residential Developers, Architectural Practices or Consultancies with supporting references. They must also live within a commutable distance of Central / West London.
