Client Partner

Axon Moore are partnering with an accountancy practice in Bolton to recruit a new Client Partner. Your responsibilities will include: Responsible for a reduced portfolio of clients Ensure compliance deadlines are met for all clients. Management of a team of assistants and accountants, and reviewing work Preparing accounts, VAT returns, corporation tax returns and any other compliance work needed for filing at Companies House and HMRC. Ownership of compliance across the team, maintaining a thorough review process for all work, ensuring a consistent and compliant service is delivered and statutory filing dates are met. Monitor performance to ensure standards are met and accurate, tailored, and proactive advice is being given to clients, evidenced by high engagement and client referrals. Proactively measure and monitor results to identify and implement opportunities for improvement, to delight the client and facilitate growth. Develop and deliver training plans, fostering an environment where team members are able and motivated to grow and develop. Oversee the onboarding of new clients To Facilitate growth of the SME clients, to increase client numbers and our contribution to the EBITDA of the business. Ideally candidates will be part or newly qualified, with a minimum of 3 years working within a finance focussed role. Our local Lancashire Axon Moore team recruit all accounting and finance roles from CFO to transactional finance on both a temporary and permanent basis.
