Your new role
Your new role as a Year 3 Teaching Assistant will consist of providing 1.1 support for a student with additional needs. You will need to assist in the planning and delivery of differentiated lessons and activities, support this individual student in developing social, emotional and academic skills. You will also need to support the student in developing social, emotional and academic skills with this one-to-one role and being this student's key person.
Requirements to succeed in your new role
- Relative Teaching assistant experience within the last two years
- Two working references from your two most recent jobs that apply some relevance
- Previous experience with young SEND children
- Previous experience with young children
