Your role You'll be responsible for leading an established team of Supervisors and Cleaners across the Milton Keynes and the surrounding region. You will be responsible for circa 25 accounts and 50+ cleaning staff. You'll be an advocate for continuous improvement across your team. You will ensure SLA's and KPI's are being hit and your team is running an effective FM service.
