Customer Service Administrator Norfolk Monday to Friday 7am > 3pm & 10am > 6pm £26,000 We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a prominent business at their Norfolk site. This company operates at multiple sites nationwide, benefiting from shared technology and processes to create a cohesive family environment. This is an opportunity to be part of an established Customer Service team to improve operational efficiency. Experience Required Previous experience in a Customer Service role, preferably within logistics / transport / plant hire. Competent taking customer phone calls, handling queries / any complaints. IT literate / competent with working to Customer Service KPI’s. Excellent communication skills. Full UK driving license & access to own vehicle. Full Right to Work in the UK.
