Are you an experienced Site Manager with proven experience working in High End Residential Construction?
Or are you an experienced carpenter with the drive to manage a construction site?
Our client is an established Super Prime Residential Contractor that specializes in refurbishing some of the most high end properties in central London.
They are looking for a site manager to help them manage the new sites they have starting on site.
Requirements:
- CSCS
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- Preferred: First Aid
- Preferred: Fire Marshall Qualification
- Preferred: Asbestos Awareness
- 4-5 years experience in Super Prime refurbishment
- Background in Carpentry is preferred
