Head of Finance/ Finance Director

My client, a smaller house builder, are recruiting a Head of Finance/ Finance Director for their Northampton office. They will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the business. Reporting to the Managing Director, to lead an efficient and cost-effective Finance operation, provide financial advice to the MD and the Management Team, and contribute fully in that team on wider Business issues. The candidate MUST have experience working as a Regional Finance Manager/Head of Finance/ Finance Director for a house builder
