Junior Lettings Negotiator – Crouch End £18,000 + Commission (£35,000 - £45,000 OTE) and Car Allowance Driver and own car required Our client based in and around the North and Northwest London area have a fantastic opportunity to become part of an award-winning, Multi office independent family-run estate agency. They are a well-recognised and respected brand within the area and the industry. Key Responsibilities: * Conducting viewings and letting properties * A confident valuer/ lister with a strong instruction ratio * Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database * Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback * Facilitating a let through to move in * Previous lettings experience is essential. * Full UK driving licence. The ideal candidate will be a well presented, dynamic and target driven individual. Candidates must be results focussed, self-motivated and someone who can provide exceptional customer service.
