Commercial Account HandlerLeeds£750 Placement Bonus* + Salary £35-40kOur client are looking for an experienced and professional Commercial Account Handler to join their Client Servicing team. You will play a key role in supporting the Account Director and Client Service Director in managing a growing portfolio of clients. The role will involve delivering excellent client service, cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring full FCA compliance.Responsibilities:Ensure adherence to company policies, best practices, and FCA regulations.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice on products.Efficiently manage daily and complex client queries.Assist with the renewal process, including market submissions, obtaining quotes, and preparing documentation.Attend client meetings as needed, ensuring follow-up actions are completed.Conduct data analysis to support risk management propositions.Oversee aged debt management.Review and check policy documents for accuracy and compliance.Qualifications & Skills:Required:Cert CII qualification.Minimum 2 years of commercial broking experience.Proficiency in Acturis.Strong commercial acumen and a proactive approach to learning.Skilled in Excel, Word, and presentation software.Preferred:Working towards or holding DIP CII qualification.5 years of commercial broking experience.If you feel you meet the above criteria please click "Apply Now" or send an up to date CV to [email protected] *Subject to Terms & Conditions.
