We are currently partnering with a vibrant primary school in Dudley to find a passionate and dedicated Year 4 Teacher who is eager to inspire and engage young learners. About the Role: As a Year 4 Teacher at this welcoming primary school, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to a diverse group of students. You will create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love for learning and supports each child's individual needs. Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that meet the National Curriculum requirements. Develop and implement strategies to support the academic and emotional development of students. Differentiate instruction to cater to various learning styles and abilities. Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their potential. Foster a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration. Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to support students' educational and pastoral needs. Participate in school meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting, with a strong understanding of Year 4 curriculum and pedagogy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a classroom effectively. A commitment to the highest standards of teaching and learning.
