Key Responsibilities: - Overseeing your section, preparing and serving our menu to a high standard. - Continuously enhance your knowledge of our products and our company ethos. - Maintain the highest food hygiene and Health & Safety standards within the business.This Restaurant will pride itself on using local produce especially local cheeses in their dishes, whilst also offering woodfired pizzas and excellent wine.
