Customer Care Coordinator required for an excellent opportunity in Brighton. Salary circa 30k pro rata on a freelance or fixed term contract for at least 8 months.
Our client is a specialist contractor who specialise in construction and carpentry projects up to 10m across the South East of England working for private clients, Commercial clients and Local Authorities.
Due to maternity cover the client is looking for a candidate to influentially work with the Customer Care Coordinator for a couple of weeks before taking the role on solely for a period of 8 months, possibly longer, on a fixed term basis.
Duties will include:
- Communicating job expectations
- Responding to incoming customer care issues in a timely manner
- Following customer service procedures, policies, and standards
- Help maintaining customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team.
- General office duties
