Senior Account Manager Team Lead

Account Director - Purpose Led PR Agency - Third Sector Harmonic are delighted to partner on an exclusive basis with one of London's most exciting purpose led PR agencies who specialise within the third sector. Following significant growth they are looking to bring in a new Account Director who will join the team of 5. The agency works with influential stakeholders shaping public narratives, and helping to roll out complex reforms. From the bottom up they work with civil society, helping to prepare future leaders and advocating for policy changes. The agency is now looking for an exceptional candidate to serve as an Account Director working on a portfolio of multinational clients. This role would include supporting the account lead with a range of prominent international organisations. Has strong writing and copy-editing skills with an ability to deliver compelling, impactful content for clients across a range of different media (from digital to long-form reports). Has significant, proven client management experience and knows how to implement rigorous quality assurance practices across multiple projects. Thrives in an agency or a similarly fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous project deadlines. Is an excellent project manager with an ability to motivate teams to work together to deliver for clients. Managing day-to-day client relationships, in close coordination with the account lead, CEO, and the broader team. Writing content for clients, at a standard that could be delivered to the Communications Director of a large multinational organisation with minimal edits required. Overseeing reporting for clients, reviewing monthly key performance indicator (KPI) reports and project-based reports developed by the team. Regularly briefing a network of freelancers, including designers, developers, video editors and copywriters.
