SOCIAL & MARKETING ADMIN ASSISTANT Based: Trafford Park, Manchester Continental Textiles home to South Beach and Loungeable have a new opportunity for a Social & Marketing Admin Assistant to join our growing team. You will be working within the marketing team to ensure they have the right support for all brands across all social media platforms for all our brands. You will predominantly be working on the South Beach Tik Tok account as well as supporting all channels - creating content for the company and its brands, using a range of videos and images to create reels / stories / adverts. You must be highly organised and a keen creative eye for detail is a must.The Role:-         Working closely with our Social Manager you will make sure the companies social channels and content are on brand.-         Be responsible for various marketing reporting – making sure the social media platforms and paid posts and Meta ads are performing and constantly look for improvements to maximise sales and increase engagement with our customers.-         Be responsible for keeping a list of what products need to be shot and update this regularly and make the team aware when we need to organise a shoot.-         Support and help organise ecom photoshoots as and when necessary and help prior to make sure all the products are ready.-         Support and help organise content shoots on a regular basis – as well as location shoots as and when needed. This will include researching and arranging all the details.-         Support on general administrative duties of resizing and renaming imagery after a shoot.-         Assist on and help reach out to influencers for any outreach campaigns and for UGC, as well as look after the marketing samples and keep track of what is available to send out.-         Work with our market place team to make sure all the imagery for our stockists are supplied and any excel sheets completed in a timely manner.-         Help develop and execute a social content calendar that aligns with our brand’s voice and goals – that can be used across all marketing channels.-         Create engaging visual and written content for social media, blog, and other platforms.-         Build and maintain a strong online presence, including posting, engagement, and community management.-         Collaborate on strategies to grow brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.Skills Required: - Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role ideally within the fashion industry.
