Proposition Manager – Chiswick
Salary upto £65,000
5 days per week onsite!
Proposition Manager required for a leading client based in Chiswick, London. My client is currently seeking a Proposition Manager to come on board to specialise in Telecoms, IT, and IoT, you will lead the development and management of innovative proposition solutions that fuel business growth and fulfil market demands. In this role, you’ll be pivotal in defining product strategies, identifying market opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring exceptional products to market.

Key skills and responsibilities,
Previous Proposition Management experience
In-depth knowledge of telecom technologies, IT systems, and IoT platforms and solutions.
Proven track record in developing and implementing strategies that drive business growth and address customer needs.
Exceptional project management abilities, capable of overseeing multiple projects and managing diverse stakeholders concurrently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data analysis, trend identification, and data-driven decision-making.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for effective cross-functional collaboration and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Drive the full proposition development process from initial concept through to launch.
Create and implement proposition strategies that align with business goals and industry trends in telecoms, IT, and IoT.
Perform market research and competitive analysis to uncover market needs, trends, and innovation opportunities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, marketing, and sales.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of initiatives, focusing on revenue growth, customer adoption, and user satisfaction.
