Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers. Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards. Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair. Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed. Working in West London (Fulham area) Temp to Perm  Full time, Monday to Friday Salary of £43k!!
