We calibrate the best approach based on our clients’ specific needs and leverage Gartner insights to fast forward their success.About the RoleGartner Consulting is looking for an Expert Partner to develop client relationships, lead client engagements, build strong teams and help grow our Digital Growth & Transformation Practice Capabilities.What you’ll doOur Consulting Expert Partners are responsible for delivering client engagements and client relationship management. You will manage teams and advise clients at the highest strategic level on both big-picture and tactical matters, focusing on how technology enables a wide range of business outcomes. In addition, you will contribute to the ongoing development of our asset-based methodologies.Responsibilities/AccountabilitiesThought LeadershipBuild a reputation with clients and within Gartner for deep domain / industry expertise (e.G. GenAi, emerging technologies, key digital and IT buying trends, Customer Experience, etc.) Develop repeatable, globally consistent practice area collateral, offerings, and supporting materials in conjunction with Practice and Industry LeadsDrive development of assets (e. g. tools, accelerators, etc.) and intellectual property (e. g. playbooks)Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of complex market data sets, primary research and competitive landscapesClient LeadershipDrive client solutioning in sales pursuits in the practice area working closely with our largest accountsUnderstand the business challenge and what the client wants to achieveFormulate the solution based on expertise in practice area and capabilitiesIdentify the value proposition and differentiators for the offeringsDevelop the storyline that represents all our capabilities to address the client s problemDrive high client satisfaction through exceptional quality delivery and strong relationshipsBusiness BuildingDrive achievement of the individual and practice’s financial objectives, and contribute to overall Gartner Consulting’s financial successProactively package, position, sell and deliver Digital Growth & Transformation solutions to our clientsPeople LeadershipBuild a high-performing team with requisite skill set to sell and deliver Digital Business and Market StrategiesLead and mentor associates to build a scaled capability Develop training content for associates to increase knowledge of offerings and delivery toolkitsSupport the Practice team’s performance setting clear goals and objectives and establish metricsPartner with Industry and Region Leads to develop talent strategy – capacity planning, hiring, and talent management What you’ll needBachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree highly preferredSignificant leadership experience in Strategy ConsultingSubject Matter expertise in GenAi and Digital Transformation with deep experience in areas such as Industry 4.0, Digital Supply Chain, Omnichannel Customer Experience, Op Model Design, and Digital CommerceStrong business and financial acumen as well as analytical skillsAbility to conduct occasional travel, regionally and globallyWho you areGartner Consultants are correctly viewed as THE experts.
