Job Description:

The Business Operations Manager will oversee daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across regional offices. The role involves working closely with senior management, contributing to strategic decisions and ensuring targets are met for each region, including student recruitment efforts. The position requires an in-depth understanding of the education sector and a hands-on approach to manage day-to-day operations.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations: Manage all administrative and operational functions across regional offices, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Strategic planning: Work with senior management to develop and implement business strategies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Cross-departmental coordination: Ensure seamless collaboration between departments including recruitment, admissions, and finance.
  • Performance management: Track and report on key operational metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Team leadership: Lead and mentor staff, ensuring alignment with company culture and values.
  • Recruitment support: Oversee the regional student recruitment processes, working closely with local teams to ensure recruitment targets are met.
  • Client relations: Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, educational institutions, and recruitment partners.
  • Compliance and reporting: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations, reporting to management regularly on progress and challenges.
  • Project management: Lead and deliver special projects aimed at improving student experience and operational processes.
  • Event coordination: Plan and oversee recruitment events, including international travel arrangements and logistics.
  • Risk management: Identify operational risks and put in place strategies to mitigate them.
